EXPERIENCE:
I joined ANKAMA in 2007 as a background designer for the video game Wakfu. At that time, the studio was also taking its first steps into animation. Our team seamlessly transitioned into creating the backgrounds for the animated pilot Goultard the Barbarian, under the guidance of my mentor, Arnaud Dewaele. Ankama was pushing the limits of Flash software to create stunning environments, all crafted in pure vector art.
After that, we moved on to producing the first episodes of the series. Eventually, I decided to return to the video game division.
